Induchef induction cookers are manufactured entirely in our own stainless steel production workshop. In order to process this production we have several bending machines, cutting machines, welding machines and even a fully automated laser which not only provides great flexibility but also an extremely accurate finish.
On your demand our design office can provide a 3D visualisation of the entire kitchen design. This gives you a realistic picture of your future dream kitchen with your personal Induchef induction stove.
We produce and assemble the customised stainless steel in your Induchef entirely on our own. This means we can make the top and bottom of the induction cooker fully personalised and have a lot of flexibility as regards composition, sizes and finish.
The sky is the limit:
- top: seamlessly inserted rinsing basin, bain-marie, spoon basin, sink with breadboard,
- undercounter: open or closed cupboards (sliding or rotating doors), drawer blocks (1 to 4 blocks), oven cupboard/drawer for plates, waste disposal drawers, shelf with gourmet conductors,
The induction hob is completely flat and black in design. The possibilities as regards the number of induction fields and the required number of detection zones are legion. Moreover, it is possible to show the temperature setting of each field separately on a digital display under the glass.
The inductors are always fitted remotely with ventilation grids in a technical zone specially designed for that purpose. This aids both, the ventilation and also the lifespan of the inductors as well as ensuring easy accessibility to them.
The plancha/teppan yaki can be inserted seamlessly into your Induchef. This is available in the so called standard version in which the cooking is done by means of electrical resistance. This model is also fitted with a dam at the sides.
Moreover, you can also opt for the plancha/teppan yaki on induction technology. The planch/teppan yaki on induction has extra advantages: it heats up faster and is therefore more energy-efficient (0°C to 230°C in about 4 minutes), control over the temperature (digitally adjustable up to 1°C accuracy) and easier to clean.
Both models are available with 1 or 2 temperature zones.
The hot plates made of heat-resistant black glass are completely flat and ensure that several large or small pots and pans can be kept warm at the same pre-programmed temperature.
Chiller/freezing drawers can be inserted perfectly into the base of your Induchef. The drawers are ideal for storing cool food which is used during cooking, so this food is still within easy hand reach.
Our Adande brand chiller/freezing drawers are unique as regards both technology and use.
The Adande drawers (1 or 2 on top of each other) can be set individually between 15°C and -22°C, precisely to the very degree. Moreover, the drawers have a big capacity so you have a full view of the stored products at all times.
This revolutionary technology means that cooling in fully sealed plastic cool boxes is no longer necessary. The cold stays entirely inside the box and there is no (adverse) impact on the external conductors and hinges (freezing is not possible). Moreover, there is hardly any loss of cold/energy when you open the drawer. Neither is there any question of dehydration of the products through ventilation. The storage time remains as originally set for all food since there is no issue of excessive moisture or condensation.
Warm drawers/cupboards can easily be integrated into the base of your induction cooker. They keep your meat or fish perfectly warm without further simmering and without loss of quality or dehydration. This also reduces the stress in the kitchen at busy times.
Warm drawers are available with 1, 2, or 3 drawers each holding one gourmet bowl. Warm cupboards have a capacity of 3 or 5 gourmet grills.
The electrical deep-frying pan can be inserted seamlessly or built in with a stand. You can also opt for 1 or 2 separate tubs each with a cool zone at the bottom and fitted with a drainage tap with reception tub in the closed base.
